I assumed Mutley was referring to those American mailboxes that are outside on people's lawns. You know those ones you'd find in the suburbs.

In Britain, we don't have those, we have letterboxes. Which are basically rectangular holes in our front doors that are about two inches high by 7 inches wide. So to fit your head through that.... well, you get the picture.
