PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
When attempting to run installation of VSE on a TriCaster 40 the user is greeted with a dialogue stating that the program could not be run on that system.
SOLUTION AND WORKAROUND
As of 9/14/2012 the VSE download has been updated to include compatibility with TriCaster 40 and is available to registered users when they login at http://register.newtek.com.
