VMC1/TC1 interface/multiviewer to samsung 4k displays

I use the TC1 with 1 4k Screen und 2 1080p Screens with no performance issues. All are using 100% Font Size.
In 1080p the Big Screen was not really useful, the resolution was very bad and the buttons have been to Big.

1920x1080 displays are maximum display resolution that can be used with TC1/VMC1 (or any TriCaster model) system. I would have to imagine that any UHD display will still support HD resolutions if you manually set it to that.

I recently purchased a 75" display for the RTVF department at the college I work for. It's used as the primary Multiview for the control room; I couldn't find a display larger than 27" that wasn't 4k UHD. I purchased a Samsung 7000 series display and the TC1 freezes and locks up when it's connected. The problem did not exist until I updated the TC1, now it's unusable. Any suggestions?

Even if the monitor/TV is 4K, you can set still configure Windows to operate at HD resolution with it. Make sure screen scaling it also set to 100% size.
