UV got deformed after subdiving

Hi there,
Got this subpatch mesh with interpolation mode subpatch, but when I apply a subdivide - metaform, the UV got deformed, no matter if I turn to normal mode (no subpatch) or if I change the interpolation mode (in linear it looks even worse).

What is the way of doing this?

I'm subdividing to disable subpatch previous to export the model to Twinmotion.

I tried your object, 3rd layer, in Modeler LW 2020.0.2 and I have no problems with it.
I tried Sub-Patches with UV interpolation Sub-Patch, and
Turned off Sub-Patches with UV interpolation Linear.
(Mixture of them, is looking bad of course, but differently bad than on your screen-shots)
