Thicken tool crashing Modeler (LW 2019.1.2 Mac64)

Hello, LightWave user since 2000 here... I am using LightWave 2019.1.2 on my MacBook Air (macOS Big Sur 11.6.1). Every time I click on the thicken tool in Modeler under the Multiply/Extend tab my Modeler crashes immediately. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have a fix for this? Thanks!

Have you merged points before using thicken.

I can open up Modeler create a ball shape...click on thicken and it crashes. No points to merge...

Try deleting your configs.
Assuming they are in a 'preferences' folder in the LW folder, copy this to desktop as a backup first.

A good first step to troubleshooting is making sure you're fully patched (2019.1.5)

Thank you all for your suggestions...I teach at a high school and our tech guy took a look at it and deleted some of the user support files in LW and problem solved so I guess it is not a Mac OS issue.
