I've been having some recent trouble with the audio on our VT-5. Usually, simply re-seating the twin 1/8" connections on the host PC does the trick, but today I was surprised to see the actual leads had popped out. This is on the 1/8" connector heading INTO the PC. My question is, where does the respective blue and white wires go? It appears that the white wire was tinned, but never attached to the connector, and only the "ring" tab has solder on it. Do I follow the other connector's pattern? I know the system is outdated, but we use it quite a bit for SD productions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
