Spark SDI Audio Issues

Assistance with debug, please.

Spark NDI device.
Video is beautiful, no loss observed.
Audio has 2 issues: 1) high noise floor, 2) “choppy”.

Audio sounds like possible frame drop, but not seeing frame drop.
(Can someone enlighten on good way to detect frame drop, just to make sure?)

Attached clip demonstrates: begins with SDI direct to TC input, ends with SDI through Spark.

** TEST SETUP **
SDI source with multiple outputs, one to TC SDI Video In 4, second to Spark arriving at TC on NET 2.
Spark and TC are sitting on a 1 GB network, separated by a single switch.

** EQUIPMENT **
All Windows updates installed.
Latest TriCaster version installed.
Latest Spark Firmware flashed.

Thank you, Steve, for the redirect. I initially looked at the FogBugz DB, however, did not find an appropriate catagory.
Also, I thought I might get some input from others on:
a) "Yes, I've seen that, too" (To confirm I am not crazy, which is another topic)
b) This is how you determine if you are having dropped frames.

I will place it somewhere within FogBugz.

Yes, I understand, not finding fault - just want to get this someplace internally where it will be noticed. When in doubt about Project or Area in Fogbugz, just choose anything that mentions QA - they'll redirect it tom the appropriate place as necessary.
