Some Freelance Help

I am wanting to know if this is the best board to ask questions and look for people for freelance help every now and again. I normally find a lot of my other freelance help on fiverr and upwork but I do not see anything Lightwave on there.

It would be helpful to get pricing on some things I need like rigging a character and other small things. Thanks in advance for any help.
