What happened to the shockwave exporter? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I am using Lightwave v8.3 on a MAC os 10.4.11

If I view my plugins I can find the shockwave exporter under LayoutCommand>Shockwave3D_Export

But I can't seem to find how to use it or engage it. It use to be under File>export but it's not there nor anywhere else that I can find.

Thanks for any help and sorry if this has been answered in another thread, I searched and couldn't find an answer.
