Replay timings in ddr

Saturday we tried out using the replay feature on TC2, which worked ok in program but in preview it dumped the entire iso into the DDR without in and out and so particularly unhelpful. Is there something I need to set?
 
I think you also were running into this bug in latest 8-2-231227, which a lot in here reported already and still waiting on Vizrt´s bug fix on this.

If so, interims solution seemed to be to ´downgrade´ your TC2-E to 8-1-230825

I’m really surprised at how long this bug has been out there without a fix. No ETA, no updates, nothing. So many people use Tricasters for sports and a properly working replay functionality is a huge part of that. It almost feels like the Tricaster line is not a priority anymore. I sincerely hope that’s not the case.
 
I have bugs going on months if not almost 1/2 a year. I voiced my frustration via support (I have protek ultra) and asked about escalation policies. They said sorry and on may 5th said 3 of the 4 issues were fixed, which is what I had been told previous more or less but are pending a future release. No eta on that. Just wait… really glad I am paying for the best support possible on critical issues
 
Hello, Everyone. I wanted to update this thread with some insight into this situation. This issue, incorrect durations for replays, will be resolved in the upcoming release. We are working toward getting this build out to the public for all TriCasters before the end of May.

I also wanted to thank you all for using the forum, and I hope you will continue to do so. While using our official support channels is always the best way to get help, this forum can be a great way to ensure that the larger community sees the same issue when tracking a bug or to share unique workflows and use cases.
