NDI SDK developer needed for Audio Receive Android and iPhone app

I have tried both Upwork and Freelancer sites looking for developers, but there does not appear to be anybody with any experience with NDI SDK, so not sure where else to look for this!

Any developers that can create both an Android and iPhone app that can receive NDI Audio?

We want to broadcast audio live, using mic on both Mac and Windows machines, using NDI Tools (probably screen Screen Capture app) and then be able to receive the Audio on both Android phones and iPhones.

Does this app already exist?
What will the app do with this received audio?

- The app will play the audio (thru phone speaker or headphones or earbuds) so the person can listen.
Why audio only and not also video?

- We are doing live translation of a speaker on stage, so the people will be in the audience watching live, so they do not need video, just the audio/translation. And I presume audio only would also use less bandwidth as well.
 
Use the free utility Sonobus.
Use NDI Webcam to feed NDI audio to sonobus on your PC, which will stream the audio P2P to your Sonobus Phone app
