MediaDS - Sizing ........

Dear All,

we have tried MediaDS, it can be RTMP pull (act as a CDN, wowza manager engine).
my questions are :

1. if this unit become CDN server, how many users / connection can be handle with single unit?
2. is't possible we configure this MediaDS as a redundancy CDN or load balance ?

1. The Wowza license doesn't have a user limit, but does depend on the bandwidth of the streams you are trying to deliver, a single unit should be able to support several hundred users on a local network. Are you looking to stream inside your network or over the internet?

2. Wowza does have support features like load balancing and edge servers, so it is possible to setup workflows like this.
