Does anyone have a SDI Expansion card for the VT5. I think my VT card is actually a VT3, but I'm running Version 5.3 software and have a SX-8 breakout box. I think all I need is the SDI Expansion card. I only need one SDI input. I'm just not 100% sure it will work with any VT card. If I could capture SDI from my Aja FS1 TBC, I would only be converting analog to digital one time. Currently, I'm coming out of the TBC as component and capturing that through the SX-8 input. Seems like this would be ideal for transferring VHS and 8mm tapes. Works great using component, but SDI would be better.
