LivePanel on TC1?

We presently use LivePanel with our TC2 by assigning LP to an individual window in the multiview workspace, create buttons, assign macros, etc. Now we're thinking that it might be a nice addition to our older TC1 on another studio location. While upgrading the TC1 to latest software package (long overdue), the "what's new" documentation suggested that LivePanel might be included, but we're not seeing it.
Just wondering if it's available on our TC1, is there a cost? Is it available if we have the ProTek?

Most of LivePanel is not included with TC1 as a standard feature (Preview Presets is there, but everything else is greyed out). You can add LivePanel to a TC1 as a one-time purchase (for LivePanel only) or via Premium Access subscription (which includes LivePanel and lots of other features found on your TC2 system as well).
