PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND SOLUTION
The preset for Leightronix Nexus in TriCaster Software version 5d is incorrect and users will encounter problems when trying to use it. Version 6c should correct the problems but if not here is a manual way to fix this:
Open Notepad and paste the following 4 lines:
Ext=".mpg"
SessionFormat="NTSC"
Options="-acodec mp2 -ar 48000 -ab 256k -vcodec mpeg2video -f dvd -pix_fmt yuv420p -copyts -s 720x480 -g 18 -b 8500000 -maxrate 9500000 -minrate 6000000 -bufsize 835008 -packetsize 2048 -muxrate 10080000"/>
Save as "Leightronix Nexus.pst" and save in the following directory:
C:\TriCaster\Configuration\Export Presets\Video Server
Again this should be corrected as of the 6c build.
