Don't know which UI widgets you are using, but it'd be really useful if the keyboard arrows, for example, could move sliders and faders up and down like other very common software do. And with SHIFT/CTRL modifiers for different ranges. As somebody tells in another thread, the audio sliders are a pain to manage via mouse with some precission.
Also, it'd be nice to have a handful of keyboard shortcuts for the config panels, or for the contacts' list.
