Help! Lost Ulead Workshop!

Hi everyone... or if there even is any one still looking here. An IT guy at work upgraded my OS to Windows 7 Pro (64) and when he reloaded VT5 suite Ulead was missing. I tried to load it in separately from VT5 disc but... Ulead asks for my serial number. I've tried VT5 serial numbers but I think it's asking for Ulead SN as if it wasn't bundled. Any ideas? Thanks for any prompt response. P.S. The IT guy gave me Encore but it is broken...
 
An update... I now know the SN for DVDWS2 should be inside the VT4 blue folder but... I upgraded directly from VT2 to VT5 and was never sent a blue binder. We shall see if customer support can help with these old records.
