external USB tally lights on VMC1

Does anyone have information on differences between VMC1 and TC 8000 regarding the use of Tallylights via USB? we've installed the whitelisted software on Tricaster 8000 systems with great success, but have no such luck with the VMC1.

What specific tally light solution are you attempting to use, and what happens when you try it on VMC1?

I use the Tally live box v2 from 3D storm without any problem on VMC1

Output of this box is dry contact.

The latest version of the metaSETZ tally software (2.7) should work fine on a VMC1. A recent Win10 update broke our installer but I've fixed it.
