Control Panel T8000 Joystick

Gents,

looking around to replace the joystick on the Tricaster T8000 no one I mean no one has a manual on how to do it, I know it is OLD but can anyone share light on this?
 
What is issue? Drift? There are pots to adjust which account for that aspect (it does require opening the surface, they aren't externally accessible).
 
Hi kanep, yes it is drifting. I already have the new joystick if I am going to open it anyway do you have a manual or information on how to change it?

I have no idea on how to replace the joystick. But if you take off the back of the panel, there are three pots by the joystick, you can adjust them to account for the drift. I'm sure that is all it requires.
