PROBLEM and SOLUTION DESCRIPTION
In earlier TriCaster products the backup process would consolidate the selected session and all its assets into one ZIP archive. This is no longer true with the TriCaster 455, 855 and 8000 systems. One can expect the backup process to create a ZIP archive containing only the session file and a folder (with the same name of the ZIP archive) containing all the assets uncompressed.
The reason behind this change involves the usage of NTFS meta data streams, a data type which ZIP does not allow.
