Outputs 2 and 3 are dead. No carrier, no signal at all. Unit just placed into service on 9/16/19
Please contact NewTek support for issues like this. While these forums are monitored by some NewTek employees, they aren't an method support that will get a system replaced or repaired.

We put in a ticket for the issue this AM, and have another ticket opened from 9/12/19 for something else (my colleague wrote the earlier ticket). Far as I know haven't heard from anyone at Newtek on either ticket
