UE4: Broadcast Active Viewport doesn't work full-screen

I've found that when running my UE4 project standalone and full-screen (e.g. UE4Editor.exe "mything.uproject" -game), NDI doesn't work properly (the stream is discoverable, but totally blank). However, launching it windowed (by adding -windowed to the command line), everything works just fine.

Has anybody come across this issue before?

A small update, I've discovered that the condition that causes the NDI stream to come through as black/empty is actually the resolution: Full-screen vs windowed doesn't matter, but if the viewport's resolution is the same as the broadcast resolution, then it will fail to function correctly. If I set the viewport to a resolution that is either larger or smaller than the broadcast resolution, then it works.
