The new individual Tally Light for the Tricaster TCXD300 shows a red light to the camera operator for live mode, a green light for preview (camera could be next live), and a red light for effects(camera is live for effects mode shot). The Tally Light is a direct plug in to the tally port on the Tricaster unit.

Hi,
a few days I receive the Datavideo ITC-100 intercom system.
The manual states clearly:

you can create a direct cable connection between 300 and Tricaster Datavideo?
Or you have to put in the middle of another device?

My tally lights plugs directly into the tally port on the Newtek TCXD-300.

The tally light sets on the hot shoe of the camera and has 50ft (min) cable with it.
