Talk back function

I'm having trouble making the Talkbalk funtion work while we are live. Skype call comes in, producer needs to talk to caller before sending to talent live on the air. I have a wide array of mics/headphones/headsets that I could run in to the TalkShow, but just can't seem to get the right function to make it work without having the producer's voice go out on the air in program. Hints, tips, tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

That's a good question. I'm using the TalkShow's balanced XLR ins and outs to go to and from my soundboard for program audio. I don't know where to run another XLR mic in to the box.

The Talk Back feature is meant for use with a local headset, and connections are supplied using mini connections on the back of the motherboard. The XLR inputs are meant to supply program audio (or, more ideally, a mix minus) back to the remote Skype caller. Using the Talk Back feature interrupts this 'return' audio temporarily.
