PTZ 2 : no video source after firmware 019a update

Hi

i bough two Newtek PTZ 2
They were delivered in firmware VHY022.

I tough it was a good idea to upgrade firmware, so i installed the last one that was available on Newtek website : firmware for this camera VHY019a.

Now the camera is recognized in the NDI tools, but all i get is a black screen as visualisation for my video source.
I can control to make it move, it but no video is displayed.
Tried to re install firmware VHY022, but can't find it anywhere.

Someone can help
(excuse me for my english)

Hi,

That's what i've done.

They fix the problem by (re)installing the VHY022 firmware that is not available on the newtek website.
Theys said that it's a new firmware provide by the camera that they gona push soon on the newtek website

That was the firmware for the PTZ Newtek Camera? I have the same issue, but I have the PTZOptics camera....
