Hi,
After a failed update* the IO is now displaying "Newtek NC1 IO cannot be found on your system". Anyone please knows a way to fix this without doing a restore? (I can only reach the IO module remotely, not physically. So I cannot do a restore on it for the moment)
*During the update process of the IO it complained it could not write a specific file. I chosed to "abort", after that when trying to start the IO or install the update it says "Newtek NC1 IO cannot be found on your system"
Thanks!
