NDI with Unreal 4.25 packaged game does not find network sources

In the Unreal editor I'm able to receive and broadcast multiple NDI streams. When packaging the exact same game and playing it, I am able to broadcast but unable to receive NDI streams.

I'm unable to 'Find Network Source by Name', and the 'Get NDI Source Collection' returns an empty list.

My suspicion is that it has to do with network/firewall settings, but I'm confused by the fact that I'm still able to broadcast just fine.

Is this a known issue?


PS: The same bug happens when playing from editor as a standalone game
