NDI Studio Monitor fails on launch, looking for asio4all.dll

New to NDI tools so thank you in advance for the help. I've installed NDI 5 Tools on two computers (on the same network) One works as expected but the other will not launch Studio Monitor. The screen flashes and returns to menu screen. Looking at Windows Event Viewer I see that asio4all.dll is faulting. I've uninstalled and reinstalled that .dll file but still having the same issue. What else would I need to check?

I have tried several versions of aiso4all but still can not get Studio Monitor to open. Screen capture HX works fine when launched on the problem computer. I would guess because there is no audio so no need to access aiso4all.dll.
