Worley replied and it's no problem at all. The license for FPrime is tied to the dongle so transferring is simply a matter of letting them know who the new lucky owner will be

Heard back from W-Tools and it's also no problem to transfer the license for LWCAD. Same as the other companies. So, the bundle is all transferable commercial license tied to the USB dongle. Windows version. All commercial. NOT academic.

The problem is GravMan is that it will still cost around $600-$650 to upgrade to ver 10. The truth is, the plugins by them selves are the real deal, but unfortunately when someone is making a sell the buyers like to squeeze every dime they can, which is where your in right now.

Thanks I3D. I looked at upgrading to version 10 and the truth is that there's not any reason (just my opinion) for me to have done so considering the power of the plug-ins that I already had. FPrime counters the v10 interactive preview. LWCad is a modeling essential. v10 doesn't have LWCad type tools built in. BNR offers the network rendering solution superior (in my opinion) to LW10 network rendering. Thus, the real value of this sale is that v9.6 with all the plugs in this offering NEGATES MUCH OF THE NEED TO UPGRADE AT ALL. And to be honest, if the sale won't go for $300 which is a HUGE STEAL, then that tells me all I really need to know about the entire pipeline's value (economic factors, global economy, competing products and such).

I understand that $300 is a steal, but I already own LW 8.5 and the plugins are not really what I need. I can upgrade to version 10 for $695.

I was hoping to find LW 9.x for $200 or less, if not, I would just save for the LW 10 upgrade. Please understand, I don't want to insult you and I would not blame you if you could not take less than $300. My problem is just plain economics. If you would be interested in selling LW 9.6 for $200 I can do that. If not, I totally understand.
