Lower Thirds Using After Effects

A newbie question please. How do I export lower thirds created with After Effects 6.5 with effects to be used in Tri-Caster Pro? I was told that a .png export would work but I could only find .png sequence in AE 6.5. Any assistance on how to create lower thirds with AE to be used in Tri-Caster would be greatly appreciated.

What do you get if you export a one-frame sequence?

You can use the quicktime anim codec which will create a .mov file with alpha intact.
