Facebook Streams failing often

I have a client who streams often to Facebook and YouTube, and they have had several issues with Facebook recently. I am not sure if this is a Tricaster or Facebook issue, but they have seen both of these issues often.

Codec Error -[7] Stream closed when writing audio
Codec Error -[8] Insufficient bandwidth for stream

These only seem to happen to their Facebook streams, never to YouTube.

I've been having the same problem for the last 3 months or so after almost a solid year of streaming without issue. Same errors that I get although I do get YouTube failing at times too. I've been using the Facebook API but am switching to an RMTP connection see if any better although some others have the problem either way.

This is also something I've changed from FB help:
If you have concerns about your internet quality, ensure your stream isn’t configured to end in case of an interruption. In Live Producer, under Settings, make sure “End live video if stream stops” is not checked.
