export help. problem appears just in win Vista

Hello there,
i am in a big trouble. I have object, that have reflection map.
the object have about 7.000 poly. When i pass exporting everything looks right, and in director under Win XP looks OK. but under Win Vista the objects have awful triangle holes... /exporting to shockwave is making triangles.../
I have read in manual there is optimization and reducing small triangles or some polys. how to switch off the optimalization ?

I have tryed this,.. export object to obj, import into 3ds max, texture it and export back to shockwave and the same object exported from 3dsmax does not have any hole under vista too.

can anyone help please ?

LW 9.3 does not resolve the problem

shockwave 1.1 exporter

I have found out, that sw3d exporter does some optimalization. This works great, but some graphic cards does not render mesh after the optimalization correctly. As i mentioned exported from 3dsmax without this optimalization works fine.
