AHK - preventing LW hotkeys from being hijacked?

I know it is possible for AHK hotkeys to limit themselves to a specific program, but I have the inverse:

I want to prevent my "GLOBAL" AHK hotkeys from interfering with default LWM hotkeys.

In short, I want to have *+P "create Part" instead of "launching PShop".

How do I restrict my (no longer global) AHK hotkeys to the Windows desktop ONLY? Or even "just not in LWM"? --That would be better: then I could launch PShop from Firefox, for example, while still having "Create Part" in LWM.

With this script i can use "alt+left windows" only when i have active window with Modeler 2015.3.
Then cursor goes automaticly on rotate icon in perspective on my 2048x1440 middle screen (i use 3 monitors). And just hold to rotate.
