3P1 export issues

Has anyone had issues with exporting media from 3P1? Here's ours. We have clips marked with in and out points. All four camera angles have identical in points when played back on the system. When those four angles are added export media, the resulting exported media does not match the original video in point. For example, the video from camera 1 angle is 10 seconds ahead, angle 2 is 15 seconds ahead, angle 3 is 90 seconds ahead, angle 4 is 2 seconds ahead. This makes melt files all but useless except for the camera 4 angle. I've tried exporting as native files, quicktime, mp4, avi doesn't seem to matter what the file type is. The only answer has been to add the desired melt clips to a playlist, export playlist, then export the resulting clip.

210303C. Newtek swapped out our units but we haven't done an event to see if the issue persists. I was more interested in finding out if this was a problem unique to us or if others outside our organization are having similar issues.

Out of interest are any of the camera feeds interupted powered down for battery swaps etc during recordings? I've seen it do strange things in the past when it loses source causing it to throw timings out.
Or does it always do it for everything?

We use the 3P1 in our production truck. We connect to sources through our Utah router so no direct connections. Cameras are powered through triax. The issue does not exist when we operate in 1080. However, since our plant operation is 720, we typically don't run in 1080 unless we are doing it for a client. This is being investigated at the highest levels of Newtek on the engineering and sales side.
