What is the maximum amount of cpu cores LW supports?

    Hi,

As everyone, I'm waiting at the new Intel Larrabee multicore processors.

Also normal processors are pushing the number of cpu cores. Is there a limit at the amount of cores and threats Lightwave can generate to use of these cpu cores? Is Lightwave ready for Parallel computing.

Will it support OpenCL (not OpenGL) gpu accelerated rendering?

Isn't 8 the max number of threads you can set for rendering? 1 thread per core, any more would be a waste.

16 is the number you can set but I have the feeling that it is effectively not limited.
