All good, resting for winter, soon be time to get 'em going again.
Spent the last weekend tearing down the old Puma enclosure ready for Kiras new home to be built this week.

Speaking of FX, someone was asking about doing a "genesis wave" on a planet, if we want to 'resurrect' this area, why not give some ideas a whirl here? May encourage a spate of FX related threads. (We can only hope ).

Just looked at the car vid - first thing that struck me was the flickering.
Is that supposed to be the headlights? If so, I'd say it was OTT as I don't think I've seen any lights flicker so badly, they shouldn't really flicker too much at all, even allowing for bumps N such in the roads.

I think we're looking at an opengl preview, hence the visible particles in the dust trail..
Looked great.. the movement and the trails are cool.

    Virtual Sets

I'm wondering why NewTek only allows you to use their "Set Program" only for VT users. I know, I know, it's their baby and they don't want to share. I was looking forward to using the program for my on use but can't because I don't have VT. I would like to use them with ULTRA which is now owned by Adobe. I'll see the Red Carpet Tour tomorrow and ask around.
