    Average Price for Photo Montage

    What's the going price for a photo montage?

    I dont think theres a standard price for that. The way one would doit isnt the same as someone elts. Iv seen a $1. pr picture useing the old toaster to $2,3 $ for scanning in the pictures and useing some effects. If your getting into moving each picture, that can take some time. you might have to go hourly. or do a few and see how long it takes and get your wage and double or tripple it.
    If its free then it wont cost anything, right?

    I normally charge 75 cents/photo to scan plus an hourly rate for setting up the video. Most of my time with that comes when customers say "make sure this photo comes up at this point in the song."

    Still, with subs that's not entirely difficult. I'm actually developing an application in Flash that will automate the whole process of loading photos and creating a slideshow to export as an AVI. As much as I can automate the tedious bits of the process the more actual profit I see.
