    bone/cloth deformation

I saw a tutorial video somewhere that showed how to deform a plane with
bones. There were 4 bones at the corners and one in the middle. I built it
but cannot seem to get the bones to do anything with the plane in layout.
I built the plane and skelegons in modeller, converted them to bones in layout.

Cloth dynamics really worked but and I saved it as "saved transformed"
Could I use it in modeller to make and endomorph? How to do that I don't know. Any ideas?

I am simulating a breathing cycle of lungs and diaphragm.

The bones have to be active .If they are dotted they are not -> use Setup->Bones->Bones On.
Apply a deformed object as endomorph: load the deformed object into a backgroundlayer and use Map->Morph->Bgk to Morph.

    Many Thanks!

This is my first time attempting something like this. The background
to morph worked great! Have a great day!

To shortcut the bkg to morph thing, use Save as Endomorph in layout in the files menu. Then save you object (because if you go straight back to modeler, LW will 'forget' the endomorph).
Push the software, don't let it push YOU!
