Why do you have a Newtek Europe Site?

I知 from the UK/Ireland but I find registering products and getting downloads for the Europe site such a pain.

Would it not be better to have one great .com based site instead?

Lude.

Oh and while I知 at it - get a central online shop/store for your products instead of all these crap resellers.

I don't mind paying more than the US guys (well actually I do) but I would like a one stop shop for LW and LW related products.

I知 on a rant here because i was just getting around to registering 2 copies of lightwave8 so I seen the online reg system on your site and though oh cool ill just do it here

Signed up etc started the registration entered one of the serial number, and then what do I see "YOU NEED TO REGISITER THIS AT OUR EUROPE SITE".

So I go there and then just stop because I simply could not be assed filling out another form.

It's a pile of pants

Get one GOOD site going. Look at macromedia for a model to go with.

Oh and have you guys look at the europe site - what a joke - just look at it! what sort of layout is that anyway.

http://www.newtek-europe.com/uk/index.html

If you need to just make a microsite or somthing inside the .com site.

What a pointless unconstructive thread.

Besides it clearly says on the first page of registration "If you are in Europe, please register your product on NewTek Europe's site."
Don't believe so I can do you up the beep later. Currently living here >>> http://www.whitehouse.org/

Well what did your reply for then?

You completely mist the point - I want to know why NewTek feel the need to run 2 sub standard websites instead of pooling resources to make ONE great site.

And yes you池e right on this page http://www.newtek-europe.com/uk/index.html it dose say "If you are in Europe, please register your product on NewTek Europe's site."

But on the next page http://register.newtek.com/ there痴 no mention of it again and I hold my hands up, I did take the time to read the entire first page.

So NewTek add this line "If you are in Europe, please register your product on NewTek Europe's site." again on the second page under the drop down asking what COUNTRY your from - oh and wait a sec there's loads and loads of European countries listed on it! Why if I have to register else where?

Hi, Lude!

NewTek Europe is the exclusive distributor of NewTek products for Europe, and is an independent unit. They have a website by necessity, in order to fulfill the needs of their many customers, and I'm sure if there are issues with their website that can be improved to provide better service, they will be perfectly amenable to hearing feedback on any possible improvements.

I'll ask our web team and customer service team to review the issues you've mentioned with the NewTek US site. Thank you for your feedback.
