    UV Tools

So, I'm muddleing around with UVs dragging, resizing, flipping and so on and after an hour or so, I suddenly recalled that Newtek was giving away some new UV tools for those of us who pre ordered Lightwave 8 a while back. Does anyone know about this and how I might get them? Or did I just dream it?

Try logging on to Newtek where you registered your ser.#. It may be available for download there. Otherwise email Newtek and they should help you.

Thats right, who would think I would forget that easily. Now I remember getting an email telling us to go to D-Storm's web site.
    The address is http://www.dstorm.co.jp/DS_E/uveditpro/index.html
Once downloaded then go to Newtek's registration page, to register the plug-in.

You might also want to check out http://www.respower.com look under the products section for superUV. This tool has a lot of options that make UVing easier. You can snap polys to each other, size, stretch, all sorts of things. It's a free download and they also have tutorials and pdfs for learning the tool.
