Newtek Lightwave 3D present at the big shows?

Will Newtek Lightwave 3D be at any of the big shows this year, like SIGGRAPH?

Very good question, but a quick scan of the SIGGRAPH 2019 schedule didn't seem to show Lightwave in the mix.

Has the new owners of Newtek made any statements about lightwave yet?

    LW's history strongly suggests otherwise.

Never read anything into exhibition appearances. Adobe only has a SIGGRAPH booth because it was already reserved by Substance before the acquisition. Autodesk has a relatively small booth. SideFX has an even smaller booth.

SIGGRAPH ain't what it was, more and more companies skip it.

it is kinda the end of an era.

wouldn't surprise me that the first news we hear is around 2020. (thereof, LightWave 2020)

I see lots of events and programs for SIGGRAPH 2019 on their site. Additional to that there will be again 3 days of live streaming featuring top industry artists and product launches.

Just type SIGGRAPH Rewind, NAB Rewind or SIGGRAPH Technical Papers in Youtube, there's lots of amazing stuff every year.
