No audio from a DDR bin

    Hi all,
We are experiencing an issue where we are getting no audio from a specific DDR bin. The same clips, played in a different bin, same DDR, have audio. Does this make sense to anyone? Do bins have a "mute"?

    Thank you

Have you tried looking in the audio mixer tab to see if the DDR is muted or volume turned down?

I assume by "bin" you are referring to a "MEM", one of the presets at the side of the playlist. Audio mixer configuration is per DDR, not per MEM, so that would not seem to be the cause. It IS possible to modify the volume level of individual clips in a playlist, though. Are you sure the clips aren't muted individually?

Be sure they are playing at 100% speed. Anything different will disable the audio.

We were having this same problem without even updating the firmware. Now we've updated the firmware and our TriCaster Mini is basically broken. All the switcher buttons are white. It's insane that you can' get help with a product that costs this much.

The white button issue means you need to update your nVidia drivers. There's probably a simpler cause for the audio issue, some setting or other... more detail might help.
