    water is clothfx i guess
    splash is particlefx
the pour is just animated geometry

    most probably.

Yes, I think erikals is right, although I think the water in the pan is just a high-density subpatched mesh animated with a combination of a Turbulence, Rings2 and DistanceToObject Gradient displacement map.

The actuall pouring looks like geometry ..maybe morphed or weight map animated, then itīs just 3 particles spurting up, super easy to do, and the water effect looks like just displacement, no need for clothFX, with the right procedurals that can be acheived, but it could also be clothfx as erikals says, so I am all good with erikals description.
