TC1 problems to update to newest firmware version

    Hi

we have some problems to update our tc1 to the newest firmware

after downloading ( from inside TC1 Administration mode) we got a pop up window

" The GPU, CPU or drivers of this machine are not supported by this version"

after press ok it sends to nvidia driver downloads see attached pictures

so firmware update is not possible - what can we do?https://forums.newtek.com/images/BP-...s/confused.gif

    Thanks for your help

    Michael

    UPDATE:

See Answer from Technical Support that solved the Problem V2 is installed now!!!

    Hello Michael,
You need to install Nvidia Drivers that matches the Graphic Card installed on the TC1.
You can check the display adapters in the administration mode by opening the Device Manager, it will give you the model of the GPU.
For TC1, it should be Geforce 1050 TI, for windows 10 64 bits.
You can use the Nvidia Advanced search, and need to take a driver version earlier than September. Use the 399.07 (from August)
