Adjusting focus of PTZ from TC1 control surface

I cannot adjust focus on the PTZ cameras from the larger control surface (screenshot from manual). It hasn’t been working ever since I tried it several months ago. I updated to the TC-1 9/13/2018 release and tried it and it still didn’t work. Am I missing something?

That doesn't work for me. I found some kind of functionality with holding down the top button of the joystick, but couldn't determine what it was doing or how to use it repetitively.

Just to confirm, is this a PTZ1 you're controlling, or something else? I'll try to replicate here.

Yes, the PTZ1 with the latest firmware and latest TC-1 software.
