    Awesome! Thanks! There was one denoise vid this morning with a car wheel in it.. but that got removed too. That's what I thought this one was.

    Well, it's nice, but not exactly selling me on Octane 4 yet. I've gotten a bit spoiled by Vray's denoiser tech of late, I guess.

    I saw a debate elsewhere where some people were saying Vray was nice but "slow" (I think the comparison was Redshift) - have you found many time trade-offs in your experience, or are you using Vray on GPU ?

    Vray is about half (brobably a little better than that) the speed of redshift ipr, but both are completely usable for GPU. Even better in Vray is the ability to use CPU with GPU together. I don't have any octane experience.
