    Tricaster Timeslip in AE

Hello Tricfans - long time no see.

So I may have dreamt this but perhaps Mr Bowie can help out.

I am covering a tournament that requires a 30 second delay on the stream. Yes the 3play does it but out 3plays are being used for proper replay uses.

As the tricaster AE has replay basic abilities, I remember seeing a tutorial (I thought) where you could tell the Tric that you don't want a setout and it would just keep playing your live video but at a T-30 seconds (or whatever I chose).

    Can someone advise please.

    tx

Hi Adrian. Just add a 'growing' clip from Program out to an otherwise unused DDR, blow out it's end point (press g), wait 30 seconds, and press play. Assign this DDR to the streaming output. Should work (and could probably be turned into a macro).
