Mouse stops working on live project

We recently updated our TC SDI Mini and our 460.
Now, when running a live show, we lose our mouse control.
Has anyone else had this happen?
    Thanks,
    Terry

On both units? That's really pretty were. Under what circumstances does the mouse pointer disappear (assuming that's what you're seeing)?

Look for a popup box on a 2nd monitor. We were trying to load the DDR once and the popup File Requestor was missed on a monitor output that we didn't have turned on.

To prove Jef theory, Pres ATL+F4 which is Windows short cut to close a Window. I use this when I enable option to lock mouse to primary screen (interface) and pop up file browser window is on multiviewer
If mouse comes back then it’s what Jef said and easy fix. Jef has a lot of experience and his theory is my guess as well.

Shift + Windows key + Left arrow will snap an open dialog with mouse focus onto your left monitor, too.
