    Spark issues over long range

So this is going to sound weird...

My spark (or PTZ) can be seen by a tricaster (i have three: TC1, mini and 460) in the same building. But the other tricasters in the other building can't see it. All three tricasters (all in different buildings) have no trouble communicating to each other, so NDI isn't an issue. All software is currently up-to-date. Does anyone know if there is an issue with the Spark over longer runs on the same network?

To be clear, my spark is on the same subnet at my tricasters. And I can see it, but only in the same building. My tricasters are in different buildings, but don't have this same issue. Help if you can. Thanks

NDI HX driver is installed on all systems?

Can you access the web interface of the PTZ camera from the other locations?

Yes. I can access the web interface and yes I have the latest drivers installed.

If use NDI Access Manager and manually add the PTZ1 camera as a remote source, do they work?
