    TC-1 4k Output

Hi friends! I'm installing my first 4k systems .

I need to get 4k video from TC-1 to a 4k Tv, so I'm using this AJA converter https://www.aja.com/products/mini-co...rs/hi5-4k-plus

I'm not able to get any video information, I'm using the 4 outputs from TC-1, also my session is 4k. I need any extra configuration on the side of TC-1?

    thanks

Tricaster is the best thing that i've used since I played with my atari

We use this converter in our own 4K demos and productions without issue.

Make sure the AJA unit is set to 'Square Division (Quadrant)' source mapping not the 'Two Sample Interleave (2SI)' type.

Also, are you absolutely sure you are using a HDMI 2.0 cable? An HDMI 1.4 cable will not work for UHDp60 formats. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell a 1.4 and 2.0 cable apart.

    problem solve :D

    Hi friends,
thanks for the help, After all your suggestions the problem was the cable, I use a cable HDMI for 4k 2.0, but my problem was the distance 20 meters were to much for that cable( in the future i will use a better brand of cable).

For quick solution I use a larger 3G SDI cable (x4) and a small (1 meter) cable HDMI on the output of AJA converter and now is working!!!! thanks for the help now my first 4k IP system in Peru is working in a wonderfull way.

Yes, between the two sides of the converter, run the long cables on the SDI side.
